When he’s not working, Chris can be found cheering on Liverpool F.C., brushing up on his Spanish, or planning travels to as many Spanish speaking countries as he can jam in this lifetime.

BACKGROUND & A TOUCH OF LUCK
Chris drove an American Cab in Austin in 94-95, “this was a great job.” He and his wife, Allison, moved to New Orleans where he worked in the hotel parking industry for 10 years – “Everything you thought about valet parkers…it’s worse.” They Loved NOLA, but it was hard to live/work there. Much more fun to play there.

They moved back to Austin 8 weeks on the nose before Katrina rolled through.

WHY REAL ESTATE
Chris had history buying houses in NOLA, and fixing them up so real estate was a natural fit. “Remodeling, how neighborhoods evolve, construction methods of different eras, zoning, and deed restrictions are all fascinating to me.”
